My Story
I have studied various literary genres, such as fiction, poetry, drama, screenwriting, mythology, and game design. Over the course of my studies, I have developed a strong understanding of how narrative structure functions and how it can interact with plot and character development to create impactful stories. I am well-versed in the works and narrative models of many prominent writers, such as J.R.R Tolkien, Joseph Campbell, Carl Jung, Dan Harmon, and William Shakespeare. Throughout my college career, I have also studied many of the most legendary myths and mythic epics of our world, and have analyzed them through the lens of famous comparative mythologists such as Northrop Frye to understand the deeper messages that make these myths truly timeless.

With over a decade of experience in running several homebrew Dungeons & Dragons campaigns based on mythical worlds of my creation, I feel that I have honed my senses for what makes a narrative engaging to an audience, and even more to players who can interact with said content. Furthermore, the mission of reliably providing hours of narrative content for several groups each week has allowed me to hone my creative process.

When working as a part of a team, I am happy to take on a leadership role, and equally content in expanding upon the ideas of others. I pride myself on being open-minded and accepting of critique, as I believe the acceptance of criticism to be one of the most important steps in growing as a creator. While I am still new to the field, I am determined to make up for my lack of experience by devoting passion, patience, and dedication to projects I am a part of.
